We’re excited to share something new with all our visitors the Sandwich Lakes Farm Trail is now open!
This brand-new walk takes you on a gentle route around the lakeside grounds, giving you the chance to meet some of our friendly resident animals along the way. It’s the perfect addition to a day of fishing, dining at the Waterside Café, or enjoying the great outdoors.
Who you’ll meet along the trail:

Sheep – happily grazing in the fields

Pigs – always curious and full of character

Horses – calm, elegant, and a favourite for little ones to spot

Alpacas – fluffy, friendly, and very photogenic

Goats – cheeky and playful

Chickens – clucking around and keeping everyone entertained
The Farm Trail is designed with families in mind it’s safe, easy to follow, and a wonderful way to introduce children to life on the farm.
