There’s something special about Sandwich Lakes at this time of year.
The horses are grazing in the sunshine, the alpacas are relaxing in the shade, and wherever you look there’s wildlife enjoying the warmer weather. The ducks and geese are out with their young, the fields are full of colour, and the whole park feels alive.
Over the last few weeks we’ve loved seeing families making memories together whether that’s feeding the animals, enjoying a safari tour, racing down the zip wire, or simply sitting back and taking in the beautiful surroundings.
One of the things our guests often tell us is how peaceful Sandwich Lakes feels. It’s a chance to slow down, switch off from busy everyday life and spend quality time together outdoors.
